These Sweet & Savory Waffles are the perfect canvas for a variety of toppings, making them suitable for any meal or snack. 1/4 medium banana, sliced

1 teaspoon hemp seed

1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

Almond butter, apples, almonds, honey

1/4 medium apple, cored and sliced

1 teaspoon chopped almonds

Nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, blueberries, granola, pumpkin seeds, orange zest

1 whole grain waffle

2 tablespoons nonfat, plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons blueberries

1 tablespoon granola

1 teaspoon pumpkin seed

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Avocado, hard boiled egg, chive, lemon zest, salt & pepper

1 whole grain waffle

1/4 avocado, smashed

Half a hard boiled egg, sliced

1/2 teaspoon chopped chive

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Low fat ricotta cheese, cherry tomatoes,green onion, basil, balsamic vinegar

1 whole grain waffle

2 tablespoons low fat ricotta cheese

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

4 basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Hummus, arugula, cucumber slices, red onion, sriracha
