Originally developed to pair with our Buffalo Cauliflower Dip, this Lime Cilantro Relish has become a kitchen favorite for its versatility and vibrant flavor. The combination of fresh herbs, crisp vegetable slaw, and zesty lime juice makes it a refreshing side dish, a flavorful topping for burgers and wraps, or a delicious addition to a bowl of salad greens.

Quick to prepare and easy to store, this relish brings brightness and crunch to any dish. Its light and fresh ingredients make it a healthy, guilt-free way to add layers of flavor to your meals.

Dr. Blake’s Top Tip: To save time, prep the slaw and chop the herbs in advance. The relish can be refrigerated in an airtight container, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully, and it’s ready to enhance your favorite dishes whenever you need it!

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
