This Avocado Lime Crema is a creamy, tangy delight that’s as versatile as it is delicious. Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, cubed

1/2 cup light sour cream

Juice of half a lime

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl.  Add the sour cream and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.  Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
